Hello, and Welcome!
My name is Steve, as you
probably guessed by the site title. I have been an IT Consultant for
more years than I care to remember. When I started my career, data was
stored on reel to reel tape and disks were the size of dustbin lids!
Throughout my career I have written hundreds of guides, how-tos and
reports related to the systems I designed and built.
Over
the years I have invested a great deal of my spare time learning and
enjoying 3D graphics using the name Stevey3D. In 2008 I landed my first
magazine article, a multiple page spread in 3D Artist Magazine.
I
later became interested in writing a science fiction novel. An idea
that just wouldn't leave my mind kept nibbling away at my subconcious.
Two years ago I sat down to write it.. I am now on Chapter 3! In the
meantime other ideas took over, related to the non-fiction arena.
Finally, in 2016, I completed Visual Mapping for Writers: Non-Fiction, the first of a series of books I plan to write over the coming months.
